Transfers of Registration by Participants
Anyone having duly registered for a course/seminar/conference to be run by ADS Professionals Ltd within the set timeline may nominate a replacement participant transferring his/her registration at latest @ 15.00hrs on the eve of the date of the event without any additional payment. However, this will not be accepted if done after the deadline set for logistics purposes.
Cancellations by Participants
- Cancellations may be made in writing only.
- Cancellations must be received by the cancellation due date, which will be fixed at 15 days before the date of the event.
- For cancellations done after the due date of 15 days before the event but before 5 days of the programme, the fees will be refunded less a 15% penalty to cover the administrative costs already incurred.
- Cancellations within 5 days of the date of the event will be non-refundable.
No Shows of Participants
No refunds will be granted to participants who register themselves for a programme but who neither cancel nor show up at the said course.
Cancellations by ADS Professionals
In the unlikely event that ADS Professionals Ltd has to cancel a specific course/conference/seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, the participant will be duly informed of same in advance and he/she shall be entitled to either of the following options, depending on the choice of the participant:
- A seat for the replacement programme if it is being held at a future date; or
- A seat for another course provided that such course is scheduled at the same tariff and accommodation is available; or
- A full refund of the amount paid for the programme.
